Vitamins A, K and C plus minerals like potassium and folate will keep your body healthy. One cup of celery sticks has approximately 5 grams of fibre and will help your entire digestive tract. Eating celery has anti-inflammatory properties and strengthens the lining of your stomach.

Spinach is an excellent source of vitamins and antioxidants necessary for essential bodily functions. Eating spinach will help restore energy, increase vitality and improve the quality of the blood.

Cucumber provides the organism with essential nutrients while low in calories, fat, cholesterol and sodium. As it is 95% water, it helps prevent dehydration after a workout or during warm weather.
